"Wish there were more lube options"
It only works with water-based lube, which feels limiting. this seems like a preventable issue if they just made it compatible with more types...

"Getting help was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I had a problem with my order trying to get it sorted out felt like a test of patience I never signed up for. The replies took forever, and when they did come, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. I kept having to repeat the same thing over and over, like I was just supposed to sit there calmly and wait while nothing actually got fixed. Frustrating experience overall

"Made my skin irritated"
I ordered from cyberskin.com the material just didn’t agree with my skin at all. It felt off quickly, and after using it I ended up itchy with red spots, so I stopped right away because I wasn’t taking any chances.

Maybe it’s fine for some people, but for me it felt unsafe and not worth the money I was charged. I really wish they were more upfront about skin safety or potential reactions before people buy

"Checkout was a nightmare"
I tried to place my order twice and the checkout kept freezing on me. Each time I had to re-enter all my info, and even after that I never got a clear confirmation that the order went through. I ended up just giving up. if this keeps happening, I’ll probably just shop somewhere else.

"Pretty disappointed overall"
Yeah, I wasn’t too happy with this order. The website was kind of confusing to use, shipping took longer than I thought it would, and when the product finally showed up, it just didn’t feel worth what I paid. I also reached out to support, but the replies were slow, which didn’t help. i don’t think I’d order from here again.

"I ordered this because the pictures..."
I ordered this because the pictures made it look nicer than similar ones I’d seen elsewhere, but what showed up wasn’t really the same. The color, texture, and even the size felt off in person. I’m not saying I know exactly why, maybe the photos were edited or just outdated, but it definitely seemed misleading. I probably wouldn’t have bought it if the listing showed what it actually looks like.

"Feels like it’s always a pain to clean"
I wasn’t thrilled with this. It’s one of those things where somehow everything seems to stick to it, and then you end up rinsing it forever just to feel like it’s halfway clean. Even after I dried it, it still had this slightly tacky feel, like it wasn’t really fresh. For the price, I figured it would be way less annoying, but, as usual with stuff like this, the cleanup ends up being the worst part.

"Way firmer than I expected"
I was hoping it would be softer, but it ended up feeling stiff and kind of cheap. It just wasn’t comfortable, and I couldn’t really get used to it.

"Stopped working way too soon"
This didn’t work like it was supposed to. It seemed fine at first, but then it stopped working fast, which was really frustrating. I don’t know, maybe I just got a bad one, but still, when you buy something you expect it to last longer than a quick cup of coffee. I was going to use it regularly, but now it’s just sitting there taking up space.

I checked a couple times, and most of the stuff I actually wanted was out of stock. Not sure if I just caught it at a bad time or what, but it ended up feeling like kind of a waste of time.

"Cute, but the sizing was way off"
I really wanted to like this because the item itself seemed nice at first glance. Unfortunately, the sizing wasn’t even close to what I expected, and it didn’t fit at all. That said, the quality seemed decent, so if the sizing were more accurate, it probably would’ve been a great buy.

I really wanted to like this, but it’s just WAY too firm for my taste. It feels hard when I sit or lie on it, and I can’t really get comfortable. Definitely not the cozy feel I was hoping for

"Not as realistic as I expected"
I bought this after reading people say Cyberskin feels really realistic, but that wasn’t my experience. I even checked my order email and receipt because for the price I expected a lot more. The texture felt kind of sticky and rubbery, and there was a strange smell that didn’t fully go away even after washing it. It also doesn’t really warm up or move in a way that feels close to real skin. Overall, I’m disappointed.

"Regret buying this because of the smell"
I was really hoping this would work out, but the smell hit me as soon as I opened the box. It was super strong and kind of chemical, not something I could just ignore. I washed it twice thinking that would help, but it was still there. i couldn’t even use it, and now I’m just annoyed I spent money on it

"Not as flexible as I was expecting"
I ordered from cyberskin.com because I was expecting something soft, bendy, and more realistic-feeling, but it felt a lot stiffer than I thought it would.

It didn’t really move the way I expected, which made using it kind of awkward. Maybe I picked the wrong item, but the whole experience made me question the descriptions a bit.

For the price, I really thought it would feel better. I wanted to like it, but after this, I don’t feel very confident ordering from them again.

"Definitely not worth the money"
I was expecting a lot more for the price. When it showed up, it just felt kind of cheap, and after using it for a bit, it really didn’t hold up the way I thought it would. The shipping wasn’t exactly quick either, so by the time I got it, I was already annoyed.
For what they’re charging, what a joke. I’ve bought similar products that were better quality and cost less, so I don’t really see the value here at all. I wouldn’t order this again.

"Literally Got the Wrong Order"
I ordered one thing and what showed up was literally something completely different. The size was wrong, the color was wrong, pretty much none of it matched. I tried to get it sorted out, but the whole process just got frustrating fast. i don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

"Delivery was all over the place"
I ordered from cyberskin.com the delivery part was kind of a mess. The tracking barely changed for days, then I’d check again and still nothing useful. I don’t know, maybe it was just my order, but the package showed up way later than I expected. I kept having to look into it myself, and nobody really gave me a straight answer. The product might be fine, but the waiting and guessing around made the whole thing annoying.

"Shipping delay messed up my plans"
I ordered this thinking it would arrive in time, but I’m still sitting here waiting weeks later. It completely threw off my plans, which is really frustrating. I get that shipping delays happen, but this has taken way too long.
